Hour of Code 2023 (December 9th)

 

Thanks to the Silverdale branch of Kitsap Regional Library for hosting our 2023-2024 season. We also appreciate the sponsors, mentors, volunteers, ninjas, and parents for making it all possible.

 

We celebrated our 11th Hour of Code as a 2.5 hour event - with yummy popcorn, ice cream, cookies, fruit roll-ups, and juice. We had fun giveaways and several project presentations. Special guest included Greg Nance, our recently appointed State Representative for Washington’s 23rd Legislative District. We were also surprised by Merrill Keating who started mentoring at our coderdojo when she was 10 and is now in her final year at UW.
